Your order status

You can receive the statuses below from us via e-mail or see the order history of your order:
  • Canceled (by customer) (we have canceled the order at your request)
  • Canceled (by us) (we canceled the order, for example because the payment is not received)
  • Canceled [PayPal EC IPN] (you canceled the paypal payment)
  • Received (your order has been registered in our system)
  • Pending (We have processed your order, the product is in stock and will be sent to you within 48 hours (on business days) upon receipt of payment)
  • Pending of payment (You have placed an order but we have not received payment from you. With 5 days or more)
  • Paid (your windshield payment has been received by us, your order will be delivered as soon as possible)
  • IDEAL Paid (You have paid with iDEAL and your order will be processed as soon as possible)
  • Paid [PayPal EC IPN] (You have paid with & nbsp; paypal and your order will be delivered as soon as possible)
  • Order ready for pick up (You have chosen to pick up, your order is ready to be picked up)
  • Order sent (Your order has been sent, this message will be & nbsp; supplemented with & nbsp; a track and trace code if possible)
  • Picked up (You have chosen to pick up your order and have already collected your order from us)
  • Imported in Backoffice (your order has been & iuml; imported for further & nbsp; processing) in our billing system
