Return and refund policy
Transport costs
In all cases you must pay the costs for the transport of a product to us yourself. (unstamped shipments are always refused). In a number of specifically described cases, we will reimburse your transport costs afterwards. (excluding express shipping charges).
If your order cannot be delivered or is not collected by you at the indicated collection point (within one week according to the standards of the carrier) and is received back by us, then for re-sending ;of the order again the full transport costs will be charged in advance. If an order cannot be delivered due to an error on our part, we will bear the costs for a subsequent transport. If the shipment has been delivered, and a signature has been placed for this, you are responsible for any return shipment. As soon as you notice that the shipment has not arrived, you must notify us immediately with a maximum of 3 days.
Repayment term
We use a repayment term of 5 working days. For customers who use the trial period of 14 days, this period starts from the moment the product has been returned to us. In the event of a cancellation of an order that has not yet been delivered, the period starts from the moment we are notified of the cancellation in writing or by e-mail. In the event that we reimburse shipping costs, the period starts at the time the product is received by us.
What will be reimbursed?
1. Return shipment with trial period
If you use the trial period, costs will be deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded.
A) For a product that is returned undamaged, complete and unused in the original undamaged packaging, only the net shipping costs will be charged. (this applies to all products)
B) For a product that has been used or switched on during the trial period, but is returned undamaged, complete and in the original undamaged packaging, the costs will be charged at the average depreciation that the product has undergone through use. The amounts include administration costs.

2. The product differs from what you ordered, or you ordered the wrong item
A) If you have been sent the wrong product due to an error on our part, the product will be replaced free of charge. In consultation with us, the product to be replaced will be sent to us at your expense. As soon as we have received the product back in good order, we will send you the correct product and your full transport costs will be deposited into your account or added to the shipment within 5 working days.
Please note: we never reimburse the costs of an urgent or express shipment
B) Missing parts or accessories will always be sent free of charge.
C) If the product you have received is not suitable for your machine and this error is not our fault, in particular because the machine model is not listed in the list of suitable machines, then the conditions and procedures of a return shipment within the trial period apply. So you return the order at your own expense, and provided the products are in new condition (i.e. undamaged), the purchase amount will be refunded. You can now order the right product, possibly in consultation with us for advice.
D) If you are a customer outside the EU, the payment fee's and shipping costs are never refunded. The products will be accepted in consultation, provided they are received in new condition.
3. The product becomes defective within the warranty period
In the event of defects within the warranty period, the purchase will be fully reimbursed. In principle, we do not send a new or replacement product. You therefore only pay the transport costs to us. We are entitled to keep products under supervision until the full costs resulting from a replacement (if applicable) have been paid.
4. The product was received broken
In this case, all costs will be reimbursed by us. In consultation it is decided what to do with the products.
